Metallurgy is a constantly evolving field of engineering, with new types of materials being developed every year. Engineers and designers are learning from past experience and reducing corrosion risks in the design stage, by removing problem-causing design flaws, and recommending materials that have superior deterioration resistiveness.

Caproco readily incorporates new and advanced metallurgies into our parts design, and through a network of leading material suppliers, have access to high-grade materials such as:

For special service needs, Caproco offers customized equipment design. Inhouse manufacturing allows us to quickly adapt to new requirements, such as:

  • Irregular line sizes or equipment length
  • Extreme temperature and pressure
  • Extremely corrosive media in transmission
  • Harsh operating conditions

Special coatings, o-rings and packings can be easily incorporated into Caproco systems.
